These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern participation in the Oddyoddyoddy.com Affiliate Program (the "Affiliate Program"). By registering, accessing marketing tools, or accepting commissions or rewards, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
To join, you must complete the Affiliate Application and agree to these Terms. Approval is at the sole discretion of the Company.
You must be at least 18 years old and operate in jurisdictions where online affiliate marketing is lawful.
Affiliates are responsible for their own websites and materials. Content must comply with applicable laws, including GDPR, and must not contain illegal, offensive, or misleading material.
Only approved Affiliate Links provided by the Company may be used. Affiliates may not alter tracking codes or create alternative redirects.
Affiliates may use Company trademarks, logos, and creatives only as explicitly approved. Unauthorized use or modification is prohibited.
Affiliates must not target individuals under 18 years of age or residents of jurisdictions where gambling is illegal. Marketing must promote responsible gaming practices.
Affiliates must comply with GDPR and other applicable privacy laws. Customer data provided by the Company must be handled confidentially and securely.
The Company will provide approved marketing materials and Affiliate Links for use in promotional activities.
All referred player activity is tracked by the Company's systems. Tracking data shall be deemed conclusive for commission calculations.
The Company will pay commissions in accordance with the applicable structure outlined below, provided the Affiliate remains compliant with this Agreement.
Payments are calculated monthly and paid no later than the 15th of the following month. Minimum payout threshold: $100 USD.
The Company reserves the right to correct payment errors or reclaim overpaid commissions.
Affiliates are solely responsible for any taxes applicable to their commissions.
Affiliates must not disclose or misuse any Confidential Information obtained during participation. This obligation survives termination of the Agreement.
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either Party with 30 days' written notice.
The Company may terminate the Agreement immediately for breaches including fraud, misuse of brand assets, or non-compliance with legal or ethical standards.
Upon termination, all Affiliate Links and Company materials must be removed. Unpaid commissions will be forfeited in cases of breach.
The Company is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages resulting from participation in the Affiliate Program.
The Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from breaches of this Agreement or misuse of Company property.
Neither Party shall be liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Failure to enforce any clause shall not be deemed a waiver of rights.
If any clause is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement with prior written notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
